Used Beverage Cans (UBC) – Used aluminum cans (post-consumer) free of other scrap metals, foil, tin cans, food cans, steel cans, plastic bottles, paper, glass and other non-metallic items. All UBC scrap must be magnetically separated prior to baling regardless of Processing Origin and free of steel, lead, bottle caps, plastic cans and other plastic, glass, wood, dirt, grease, trash and other foreign substances. Aluminum items other than UBC are unacceptable and are grounds for rejection.
